How to sign in to your Rogers Ignite WiFi Gateway Modem and change your admin password

Note: If you forget your admin password, you’ll need to perform a factory reset of the Ignite WiFi Gateway and complete the setup process again to change the password.

Signing In

  1. While connected to your WiFi network, open an internet browser on your computer or device.
  2. Enter and hit Enter.
    • Your browser may give you a warning about the SSL certificate. To bypass the message:
      • Chrome: Click Advanced and then Proceed to (unsafe)
      • Edge: Click Advanced then Proceed to (unsafe)
      • Firefox: Click Advanced then Accept the Risk and Continue
      • Safari: Click Show details and then visit this website.
  3. Sign in with the following credentials:
    • Username: Admin
    • Password: The default is password., You’ll be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. If you’ve already changed it, enter your personal Admin password.

Changing your admin password

  1. Sign into your Rogers Ignite Modem.
  2. Select Troubleshooting.
  3. Select Change Password.

  5. Select Save.
