Factory Reset Novatel MiFi 2372

The following steps explain how to factory reset the Novatel MiFi 2372.

Factory reset through MiFi Home Page

  1. In the address bar in a web browser enter the following:
    • 192.168.1.1
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin
  2. Click System.
  3. Click Status.
  4. Click Restore to Factory Defaults.

Factory reset through MobiLink3 Connection Manager

  1. Click Menu.
  2. Click MiFi Advanced Settings.
  3. Click General.
  4. Click Factory Defaults.

Factory reset from device

  1. Locate the Reset button in the back of the device.
  2. Insert a paperclip and hold the Reset button down for 7 seconds.
