Not sure if your eSIM is in use? Here's how to check:
Some Android phones can only have one active eSIM and one physical SIM can be supported at a time. Follow these steps to check if your eSIM and device are ready to connect to Rogers Satellite:
- On Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
If your phone number appears under the eSIM section and the toggle is ON, your eSIM is active. - On Motorola: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs & Mobile Network.
If your phone number appears under eSIM and shows as Active, your eSIM is in use.
If you've already registered and need to switch your Rogers eSIM to a physical SIM, just stop by a Rogers store—we’ll be happy to help.
