No Dial Tone Using Ericsson Rocket Hub


  • The following steps explain how to troubleshoot issues with no dial tone on the Ericsson Rocket Hub.


  • Possible Device Issue
  • Network Issue


  1. Make sure the phone cord is plugged into the Phone port and not the Phone/Fax port.
  2. If possible, plug a corded phone into the Rocket Hub to test the dial tone.
  3. Restart the device.
