Why can’t I access some of the On Demand shows and programs I used to?
We recently made changes so that all customers who pay for a TV network as part of their subscription can access the relevant On Demand content (where available). This also means that if you’re not paying for the TV channel, you are no longer able to access the On Demand content. Please contact us to speak with a customer service agent about adding channels to your TV package.
How will these On Demand changes affect me?
If you subscribe to a TV package that includes the impacted channels, you will now be able to access all the relevant On Demand content (where available).
However, if you previously accessed On Demand content that was not part of your existing TV package, you’ll need to subscribe to that channel (if available a la carte) or applicable TV package to watch those programs On Demand.
