TV channel lineup changes and service updates

At Rogers, we constantly evaluate our products and services to ensure you get the best possible experience. Occasionally, we make changes to our channel offerings to reflect our customers’ evolving viewership trends or to accommodate recent content provider changes that are beyond our control.

If one of the channels you subscribed to has been discontinued, your TV channel lineup will be updated after the discontinued date to reflect these changes. The rest of your Rogers TV plan remains the same. If you paid a separate monthly service fee for one of the channels that has been discontinued, you'll no longer see this charge on your bill after its discontinued date.

Sign in to your MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) account to view the new channel lineup. 

Rogers together with Shaw customers can also view their channel lineup by visiting Channel listings. 

Overview

WildBrain, Family Channel and Family Jr.

As of October 22, 2025, Family, Family Jr and WildBrain TV are no longer available. Just say “Kids on Demand” with your Rogers Xfinity voice remote to find more kids content and apps. 


ABC Spark, Nickelodeon, Disney XD, Disney Junior and La Chaîne Disney

As of Sept 1, 2025, Corus Entertainment is no longer airing these channels in Canada. As a result, these channels are no longer available in TV or theme packages.

WUAB Cleveland

As of June 3, 2025, this channel is no longer available in TV or theme packages.

CBS Presque Isle

As of May 15, 2025, this channel is no longer available in TV or theme packages. To enjoy similar programming, visit channel 177 on your TV guide.

CKSA & CITL Lloydminster

As of May 3, 2025, these channels are no longer available in TV or theme packages due to recent changes made by the broadcaster.  

CHAT & CTV Medicine Hat

As of June 6, 2025, these channels are no longer available in TV or theme packages due to recent changes made by the broadcaster.  

CEEN

As of Aug 8, 2025, this channel is no longer available in our theme packages due to recent changes made by the broadcaster.
