Troubleshoot Issues Using the Amazon Music App

If you’re experiencing issues launching or using the Amazon Music app on Ignite TV or SmartStream, follow steps to get back to streaming music.

Close and Reopen the App

  1. You can close the Amazon Music app by selecting Exit on the app itself.
  2. If you’re still experiencing issue, try Rebooting your Ignite TV Box
