Troubleshoot Issues Using the FilmRise App

If you’re experiencing issues launching or using the FilmRise app on Ignite TV or SmartStream, follow steps to get back to streaming movies or TV shows.

Close and Reopen the App

  1. You can close the FilmRise app by selecting Exit on the app itself.
  2. If you’re still experiencing issue, try Rebooting your Ignite TV Box
