If you forget your username or password, we can send a text to your recovery phone number. Learn how to add or update this phone number in your MyRogers settings below.

- Sign into MyRogers.
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings Overview section, select MyRogers Profile.
- Select Set up recovery number or Update recovery number next to Wireless recovery number.
- Enter your wireless phone number and select Continue. We’ll send you a text message with a verification code.
- Enter the verification code and select Verify me.
That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email that the phone number has been added to your MyRogers profile.
