No. Username is a single login for products and services with Rogers together with Shaw like MyRogers (Shaw), the Rogers Xfinity app, the Rogers Xfinity Streaming app, and Rogers WiFi Hotspots. Each account can have one primary username, belonging to the primary account holder. Up to four secondary usernames can be created for others in your household. Are Shaw email password and MyRogers (Shaw) password the same thing?
No. Your Shaw email account password is completely separate from your MyRogers (Shaw) account password. For security purposes, we strongly recommend not using the same password for your shaw.ca email and your MyRogers (Shaw) account.
