You have 3 options for changing the password for your wireless voicemail service:

  1. Directly from your wireless device
  2. From desktop computer using Rogers.com
  3. Through the MyRogers app

Here’s how to reset your password using your wireless device:

  1. Access your voicemail by holding down the number 1 on your keypad.
  2. Enter your current voicemail password.
  3. Once you are at the main menu, press 4 to change your personal options.
  4. Press 2 to change administrative options.
  5. Press 1 to establish or change your password.
  6. Press 1 to change your password.
  7. Enter your new 4 or 5-digit password and press the # key.

Here’s how you can reset your password from your desktop using Rogers.com

  1. Sign in to your MyRogers
  2. Go to the phone number associated with your device
  3. Under Quick links, select Change my Voicemail password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password. Select Submit.
  5. Your voicemail password is now changed.

Here’s how you can reset your password using the MyRogers app:

  1. Sign into the app. If you don’t have the app, download it from your device’s app store, then sign in.
  2. Tap on your wireless plan or the phone number associated with your device.
  3. Under Phone, tap Update Voicemail Password.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Tap Change Password.
