Which phones are eligible for the Rogers Visa Prepaid Card?
To find out which devices are eligible for the RogersTM Visa* Prepaid Card, go to the Wireless Devices page, then select the ‘View all offers’ tab on the top-right of each phone’s device card. On the back of each device card, you’ll find any promotions linked to that device, including its prepaid card eligibility.
To qualify for a prepaid card, activate an eligible device on an eligible plan.
When will I receive my Rogers Visa Prepaid Card?
After you purchase an eligible phone, you’ll receive your Rogers Visa Prepaid Card in the mail within 30 business days.
What amount will be loaded onto my Rogers Visa Prepaid Card?
The bonus value loaded onto your prepaid card will vary according to which eligible phone you select.
Note: After your purchase, Rogers will send you an informative take-away card with pertinent details about your prepaid card, including its value.
How do I activate my Rogers Visa Prepaid Card?
Getting started is easy. To activate your card:
- Go to www.myprepaidcenter.com.
- Enter your prepaid card’s 16-digit card number, its expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your user profile.
Bear in mind, you’ll also receive step-by-step activation instructions with your card.
Does the card expire?
Yes. The card will expire at midnight ET on the last day of the month shown on the front of the card — 12 months after its issue date.
I’m having trouble activating my card. What should I do?
It’s been more than 30 business days and I still haven’t received my card. What should I do?

Where can I use my card?
Your Rogers Visa Prepaid Card can be used everywhere Visa cards are accepted, except at fuel pumps and ATMs.
My Rogers Visa Prepaid Card was declined. What should I do?
Here are some of the more common reasons for a card being declined.
- Card was swiped for more than the card balance.
- Card was used at a fuel pump or ATM.
- Card was not activated before use.
- Card was swiped as debit without creating a PIN.

Is this a credit card?
No. It’s a prepaid reward card. Using it will not affect your credit rating.
What rewards do I get with this card?
