Learn how to use Paramount+ with Rogers

To access and stream Paramount+ through Rogers, you must have the following:

• Rogers Xfinity TV, or Rogers Xfinity Streaming or Rogers Streaming services
• A Rogers 5G Home Internet service.
• A Rogers Xfinity Internet service. If you don’t have Rogers Internet plan, go to Shop streaming add-ons to shop plans and set-up your Paramount+ subscription

If you already have a Paramount+ subscription, you’ll need to cancel and wait until your current subscription ends to avoid being charged twice, before subscribing again through Rogers.

Before you subscribe:
You’ll need to have a Rogers Internet plan before you subscribe to Paramount+. To shop plans, go to Shop streaming add-ons.

MyRogers:

1. Sign in to MyRogers and go to the Internet page.
2. In the Shop streaming section, find Paramount+, select Add to cart and select Check out.
3. Review your order and select Place order.

MyRogers (Shaw):

1. Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) and go to the Subscriptions page.
2. In the Add streaming services section, find Paramount+ and select Add.
3. Select Get plan next to the plan you want: Basic (with ads), Standard or Premium.

Within 24 hours of subscribing, you’ll receive an activation email from Rogers to activate Paramount+.

After you subscribe to Paramount+, you’ll get an activation email from Rogers within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t activate your subscription, Rogers will send reminder emails on days 3, 5 and 19. 

If you don’t have Paramount+, follow these Subscription steps to subscribe.

MyRogers:

1. Sign in to MyRogers or open your activation email and select Activate now to sign in.
2. Go to Manage subscriptions and select Activate Paramount+.

You’ll be directed to the Paramount+ website where you can complete your remaining steps.

MyRogers (Shaw):

1. Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) or open your activation email and select Activate now to sign in.
2. Go to Subscriptions, and in the Manage subscriptions section, select Activate next to Paramount+.
3. Select Go to Paramount+. You’ll be directed to the Paramount+ website where you can complete your remaining steps.

Your account will take a few minutes to update. Once it updates, you can begin streaming.

To access the app, use your voice remote and say “Paramount” or “Paramount+” or find it in the Apps menu using your remote.

1. Open Paramount+ using your voice remote or by finding it in the Apps menu.
2. Select Sign In or Get Paramount+. If this is your first time signing in, select either On the Web or On my TV.
3. A pairing code and a QR code will appear on your TV screen. You can.
   • Scan the QR code with your mobile device.
   • Go to the Paramount+ sign‑in page, in any web browser, and enter the 4‑digit code shown on your TV.
4. Enter your Paramount+ username and password. If you don’t have an account, follow the link on the screen to create one.You’re now signed in and can start streaming Paramount+.
