Enjoy ad-free songs, personalized playlists, AutoPlay and more on Apple Music. Here’s how to subscribe and start streaming.
Subscribe with Rogers
Before you subscribe
You’ll need at least one of the following services to stream Apple Music through Rogers:
- Rogers Xfinity TV
- Rogers Xfinity Streaming or Rogers Streaming
- Rogers 5G Home Internet
- Rogers Internet
If you already have Apple Music, cancel your subscription first before signing up with us, to avoid getting double billed.
Subscribe to Apple Music
MyRogers (Shaw)
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) and go to the Subscriptions page.
- In Add streaming services, select Apple Music, select Add and complete your order.
You’ll get an activation email within 24 to 48 hours after you subscribe.

MyRogers
- From MyRogers or your activation email, select Activate now.
- Go to Manage subscriptions and select Activate Apple Music. You’ll be re-directed to Apple Music’s website to complete your activation.
You’ll get reminder emails on days 3, 5, and 19 after your subscription date.

MyRoges (Shaw)
- From MyRogers (Shaw) or your activation email, select Activate now.
- Go to Subscriptions, select Activate next to Apple Music.
- Select Go to Apple Music. You’ll be re-directed to Apple Music’s website to complete your activation.
You’ll get reminder emails on days 3, 5, and 19 after your subscription date.
Start streaming
- Open the Apple Music app or say “Apple Music” into your Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Either scan the QR code with your mobile device or go to link.apple.com and enter the 6-digit code.
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
You can now start streaming Apple Music.
Cancel your subscription in MyRogers
MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers and go to the Manage subscriptions page.
- Select the streaming service you want to cancel and select Unsubscribe.
- Before you unsubscribe, consider switching to a plan that’s right for you and better suits your needs.
- Make sure the Current plan option is selected and select Unsubscribe.
- Select Continue to Unsubscribe.
- Review your cancellations details, select the checkbox and select Confirm & Unsubscribe.
After you cancel, you can continue to enjoy your services until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll be sent a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.

MyRogers (Shaw)
You can cancel your streaming service any time through your MyRogers (Shaw) profile.
- From MyRogers (Shaw), go to Subscriptions and select Cancel Apple Music.
- Select Yes, remove Apple Music.
