Subscribe to StreamSaver
Subscribe to StreamSaver in a few easy steps:
MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- In the Usage & Services dropdown menu, select TV, Internet, or Home Security.
- In the Shop streaming add-ons section, find “StreamSaver” and select Add to cart.
- You can then select View cart to review a quick summary of your cart or select Check out to review all your order details and select Place order.
MyRogers (Shaw)
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw).
- From the MyRogers (Shaw) dashboard, select the My Services drop down menu and select Subscriptions.
- In the Add StreamSaver section, select Add.
- Review information about StreamSaver and select Subscribe.
Now, open your activation email to activate your subscription. Once activated, you can manage or make changes to your plan at any time.
Activate StreamSaver and individual apps
After you subscribe to StreamSaver or individual apps , you’ll get an activation email from Rogers within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t activate your subscription, Rogers will send reminder emails on days 3, 5 and 19.
MyRogers:
- Sign in to MyRogers or open your activation email and select Activate now to sign in.
- To complete activation, you have 3 options:
- Select Activate now in the banner on the MyRogers Overview page.
- Go to Residential, select Manage next to any of your services
- From the MyRogers Overview page, in the Activate Subscriptions section, select Activate for either Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV.
- On the Manage subscriptions page, select Activate now for all 3 streaming apps: Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV.
MyRogers(Shaw):
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw) or open your activation email and select Activate now to sign in.
- To complete activation, you have 2 options:

- Select Activate now in the banner on the MyRogers (Shaw) dashboard.
- From the MyRogers (Shaw) dashboard, select the My Services drop down menu and then select Subscriptions. In the Manage StreamSaver section, select Activate next to all 3 streaming subscriptions.
Your account will take a few minutes to update. Once it updates, you’ve successfully activated your StreamSaver subscription, and you can begin streaming.

Use StreamSaver
Once you've activated your plan, you can start using it.
1. Search for the streaming app you want on your Rogers Xfinity set-top box, mobile device, tablet, or Smart TV.

- If you have a set-top box, use your voice remote to search for the app you're looking for.
- If the app isn’t already on your mobile device or tablet, download it from your app store.
2. Sign in to the app using the same username and password you used during activation.
Add individual streaming apps
You can also add your favourite apps individually to customize your plan.
MyRogers:
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- In the Usage & Services dropdown menu, select either TV, Internet, or Home Security.
- In the Offers & perks section, find the “Stream more of what you love” offer and select Get it now.
- In the form, select the streaming apps you want to subscribe to, complete the rest of the form and select Sign up.
- When your order is complete and you’ve successfully subscribed to your streaming apps, you can activate your individual apps.
MyRogers (Shaw):
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw).
- From the MyRogers (Shaw) dashboard, open the My Services drop down menu and select Subscriptions.
- In the Add subscription section, find the app you want to add and select Add.
- Review information about the app and select Subscribe.
- If the apps have additional plans, select Subscribe next to the plan you want.
- Note: For Netflix and Disney+, if you want to upgrade from Netflix Standard with ads or Disney+ Standards with ads, you’ll pay the difference between the included plan and the upgraded one. This amount will appear on your bill as part of your StreamSaver plan.
- In the Manage Subscriptions section, you can now activate your subscription by selecting Activate now next to your subscription.
Change or upgrade plans for apps included in StreamSaver
Change or upgrade your Netflix, or Disney+ plan to one that better fits your needs. If you upgrade, you’ll pay the difference between the included plan and the upgraded one, and that amount will show up on your bill. Apple TV only offers one ad-free plan, which is already included in your StreamSaver plan.
MyRogers:
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- From the Overview dashboard, within Manage subscriptions, select Manage for the app you want to update.
- Select Show all plans to view details about your current streaming app plan and explore other available plans.
- To change plans, select the plan you want and then select Submit.
MyRogers (Shaw):
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw).
- From the MyRogers (Shaw) dashboard, open the My Services drop down menu and select Subscriptions.
- In the Manage StreamSaver section, select Manage next to the app you want to update. You can view details about your current streaming app plan and explore other available plans.
- To change plans, select Choose plan next to the plan you want.
Once you’ve made your changes, your StreamSaver subscription will be updated.
FAQs
What if I already have a Netflix, Disney+ or Apple TV account?
If you already have an account, you can keep your existing settings, profiles, watch history, and preferences. You won’t be double billed for Netflix or Apple TV. For Disney+, to avoid double billing, you’ll only need to cancel your existing Disney+ account if it’s a higher plan than the one you selected through us.
Does my Ultimate TV plan include Netflix and Apple TV?
On August 27, 2025, Ultimate TV became Ultimate TV with StreamSaver and includes Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV.

I don’t have home services with Rogers. Can I get StreamSaver?
Yes, you can. If you don’t have home services, you can purchase StreamSaver if:
- You activate or add a new line on a Popular or Ultimate plan.
- You’re an existing mobile customer upgrading your phone when activating a Popular or Ultimate mobile plan. If you’re only changing your plan, this offer doesn’t apply.
