How to apply

Check if your address is eligible for Rogers service.

• Go to rogers.com, choose the service you’re interested in, and select Check availability.

Upload or attach your ODSP statement.

• Make sure your name and address are clearly visible.
• You can find your ODSP statement on the Ontario MyBenefits portal.
