Ontario Works (OW)

Check if your address is eligible for Rogers service.

  • Go to rogers.com, choose the service you’re interested in, and select Check availability.


Upload or attach your OW statement.

  • Make sure your name and address are clearly visible.

You can find your OW statement on the Ontario MyBenefits portal.


Apply Online

Once you’ve confirmed you’re eligible, select Apply now to get started. We’ll review your application and get back to you within 2 weeks.

Apply by mail

  1. Fill out and print your Rogers Connected for Success Application Form. Remember to include all necessary documentation.
  2.  Mail your application to:

If you want to apply but can’t submit online or by mail, contact us for support.


I’ve submitted my application. What happens next?

  • We’ll review your documentation to confirm your eligibility into the program. Then, delete or shred them for your protection.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a call and email from a dedicated Connected for Success representative to set up your account.  You’ll need to provide two pieces of Government issued ID (e.g. Social Insurance Number (SIN), Drivers License, Passport or Provincial photo ID.
