Organize your profiles and devices in the Rogers Xfinity app

Use the Rogers Xfinity app to manage internet access by creating profiles for family members, guests, or activities. Profiles let you assign devices and apply settings like Parental Controls, Downtime Schedules, Active Time Limits or Active Time Details.

Sign in with your MyRogers username and password or with your MyRogers (Shaw) username (formerly Shaw ID) and password.

Rogers Xfinity app is available exclusively for internet customers with the Rogers Xfinity Gateway modem. Not sure if this is your modem? Check under “Internet” on your MyRogers account or MyRogers (Shaw) account.

Create a profile

  1. Open the Rogers Xfinity app and sign in.
  2. Select the WiFi tab.
  3. Under Connected to your WiFi, select the Plus icon (+), or select Manage people then Add a person.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter a name and choose an icon, then select Add Profile.
  5. Select your new profile and tap Assign devices to choose the devices you want to add.

Your new profile will appear under the WiFi tab.

From the WiFi tab, you can select a profile to:

Delete a profile

  1. Open the Rogers Xfinity app and sign in.
  2. Select the WiFi tab.
  3. Choose the profile you want to delete.
  4. Select the Settings gear icon.
  5. Scroll down and select Delete Profile.
