How the Disney+ promotion works

How many people can use a Disney+ subscription?

Each Disney+ subscription can have up to 7 individual profiles and can be shared between family members across multiple devices. Visit Disney+ support for more details about setting up and managing profiles.

How many devices can I use at the same time to stream Disney+?

You can use up to 4 devices at once to stream content from Disney+, including your Ignite EntertainmentTM box, smartphones and tablets, desktop browsers, game consoles, and smart TVs. Visit Disney+ support for more details about which devices and platforms Disney+ supports.

How billing for your Disney+ subscription works

How do I view the details about my subscription?

You can review the start and end dates of your promotion, as well as the cost of your subscription, by going to MyRogers.

If you’re using a browser to access MyRogers, go to the account overview page, scroll down to the “Subscriptions” heading, and then click “Manage” under Disney+.

If you’re using the MyRogers app, select More at the bottom of the screen then select Subscriptions.

How will I know when my Disney+ promotion ends, and what happens after it does?

You can log into MyRogers to confirm the end date of your promotional period.

Once your promotion ends, you’ll automatically be charged a monthly subscription fee for Disney+ unless you cancel your subscription at least 1 day before the end if the promotional period.

Your subscription fee will show up directly on your Rogers bill.

How will I be billed for my Disney+ subscription? Is my Disney+ billing cycle different from my Rogers billing cycle?

Your Disney+ subscription is listed in the Subscriptions section of your Rogers bill. Your Disney+ billing cycle is separate from your Rogers billing cycle. Your Disney+ billing cycle starts on the day you redeem your promotion, and renews each month on the same calendar day.

If I want to pay for Premier Access to watch new releases from Disney+, how will I be charged?

Disney+ will ask for your payment information directly. This charge will not show up on your Rogers bill.

I ordered Ignite TV or Ignite Streaming services before August 4, 2023. Am I still eligible to get access to 6 months of Disney+ on Rogers?

If you ordered your Ignite services and installed before August 4, 2023, you are still eligible to get 6 months of Disney+ on us.  An email would have been sent to you explaining that you’re eligible for 6 months. Your Disney+ subscription will continue to be discounted until month 6.
