Track your order online

Follow these steps to track the shipping for your recent order from Rogers.

Step 1

Go to the email address you use for your Rogers account.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Rogers with details of your order included.



Still waiting for an email?

Occasionally, you may not receive a shipment confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order due to high demand for certain devices or busy times of the year. 

In such situations, we apologize. We’re working as quickly as possible to get your order to you! 

Step 2

Copy the tracking number from the email we sent.

Step 3

Enter the tracking number on the courier’s website (linked below) to track your shipment. 

Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for the tracking status and scheduled delivery date to be updated on their website. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. 

However, additional delays may occur when ordering popular devices or during busy times of the year.
