Need help tracking your recent Rogers order? You can now get real-time order status and shipping updates on your mobile, Ignite or Home Security orders!

Step 1:

Check the email address associated with your Rogers account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the details.


Haven’t received email?

Occasionally you will not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days due to high volume of orders/busy time of year. We are working as quickly as possible to get your order to you!

Step 2:

Copy the tracking number from the email we sent.

Step 3:

Enter tracking number on the courier’s website (linked below) to track shipment.

It may take up to 24 hours for updated tracking status/ scheduled delivery date to appear on their website. Typically orders take 2-3 business days to arrive.


Note: Orders shipped through Purolator will receive an SMS. Please make sure your contact number is up to date in your MyRogers Profile.
