At this time, there will be no impact to your existing services. You can expect the same quality experience that you enjoy today. If there are any changes, we will communicate them.
If you’re a Shaw Mobile customer, Rogers will reach out to you when your plan is ready to move to the Rogers Mobile network. In the interim, your current service will not be impacted.
In the meantime, as of April 4, 2023, all current Shaw Mobile customers have the opportunity to move their mobile service over to the Rogers Mobile 4G LTE network while maintaining the same rates they currently enjoy with a 5-year price commitment.
