Manage your account using MyRogers (Shaw)

MyRogers (Shaw) is how Rogers together with Shaw customers keep track of bills, make payments, adjust account details, and manage services. You can access MyRogers (Shaw) through the website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) and through the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). To log in and manage your account, you'll need the primary account holder's Username (formerly Shaw ID) and password.

How to create a Username

To get started with MyRogers (Shaw) you will first need a Username . Your Username is what you will use to login to your MyRogers (Shaw) account.  A Username will consist of an email address and a password.

You can create a primary Username at rogers.com/myrogers/shaw/register or through the MyRogers (Shaw) app. Visit How to: Create a Username for more details.

Tips for creating a Username

  • Prior to creating a Username , make sure that you haven't already created one previously. If you aren't sure, you can visit the MyRogers (Shaw) sign-in page and enter what you think your email and password is for your Username . If you aren't sure of your credentials, you can use the Forgot your Username or password links.
  • Note that your Username email may not be the same as your Shaw email address (it depends on which email you used to set up your Username originally. If you aren't sure, use the Forgot your Username  link on the MyRogers (Shaw) sign-in page).
  • When setting up your Username , the requirements for the password are:
    • Minimum 8 characters,
    • At least one number,
    • At least one uppercase letter, and
    • At least one lowercase letter.

Once you have successfully set up your MyRogers (Shaw) account, you can then access MyRogers (Shaw) through the website (Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw) or through the MyRogers (Shaw) app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).  Here are some of the account management options you'll be able to do yourself with MyRogers (Shaw):

To manage your accounts using the MyRogers (Shaw) website:

  1. Sign in to Rogers.com/myrogers/shaw.
  2. Select My Bills to manage your bills, transactions, and payments.
  3. Select My Profile to manage your accounts, Usernames, Shaw email accounts, and Rogers WiFi Hotspots Devices.
  4. Select My Services and select a service to manage from the drop-down menu.
