I need a separate amount for my Ignite Internet expenses, but it’s bundled with my Ignite TV service. How do I discern the cost of my internet service on its own?
Your bundled services come with a single price that accounts for all services included in the bundle. To help determine approximately what the internet portion is for your bundle, we can provide a percentage.
Depending on your bundle, you internet package comprises between 40% and 80% of your total monthly bundle price. See table below for approximate percentage.

I have an Ignite Internet + Ignite Streaming service, so the above doesn’t apply to me. How do I discern my internet portion?
If you have an add-on like Ignite StreamingTM simply subtract the separate monthly service fee for those add-ons (i.e. $5/month) and the resulting amount is your isolated monthly internet price.
Example: $114.99 (Ignite Internet 500u + Ignite Streaming) - $5.00 (Ignite Streaming service) = $109.99/month for your internet service
